Managing Anxiety and Stress

 We have 2 Willow Ridge Civic Association Members who have stepped up to help with anyone dealing with Managing with any Anxiety and or Stress during this Health Crisis. Both of them are licensed social workers and have experience working with families who have experienced trauma, working with children from preschool up to 12th grade and their families. They can help with community resources, anxiety, and immediate errands running for those who cannot leave their homes
